Every year my show producer and friend Dave “ThirdWaveDave” paid tribute to the greatest military man in the history of modern warfare, 4-star Gen. George S. Patton, Jr. Dave suspected that the circumstances surrounding Patton’s untimely and odd demise was the result of assassination.

Dave wasn’t alone in his suspicion. In 2008, Robert K. Wilcox researched Patton’s death and learned enough to fill a book. The result was “TARGET PATTON, The Plot to Assassinate General George S. Patton”. The book quickly became a staple on the shelves of many active and retired military. And I know for a fact that Dave had a copy on his bookshelf.

On Thanksgiving Day, Wilcox published in an article at American Thinker revealing even more evidence that Patton was murdered.

“Sixty-seven years ago, on a cold December 9th in 1945 Germany, legendary American general George S. Patton was injured in a strange auto “accident” on a road outside Mannheim, near the Rhine River. The opinionated anticommunist died twelve days later. Today, he evidence that he was murdered — the first in a line of postwar political assassinations including that of President John F. Kennedy — is mounting.”

Tonight at 9p ET on my radio program, we’ll talk to Robert Wilcox about his latest finding, and why it matters that we know about it today, sixty-seven years later.

Here’s what Dave wrote on Dec. 9, 2010 about Patton’s death:

HISTORY: GENERAL PATTON HOSPITALIZED AFTER ACCIDENT

General George S. Patton, Jr. had his orders to come home from the European Theater, but first he planned to do a little hunting. During the trip in his official car, his party was involved in a head-on collision, seriously injuring Patton.
