The Republicans who caved and gave Obama his wish on the debt ceiling hike are about to get yet another test they’ll be judged by come 2012. Before we get into the guts of what Obama is about to propose, let’s go back and look at 2009 and the “stimulus” junk they jammed down our throats at the time.
If you’ll recall, Obama and his ilk in Washington called for $800 billion in “stimulus” spending… claiming the economy would collapse without it. Both Republicans and Democrats went along with the lie, many going as far as championing Obama’s corrupt false claims.
Remember, Obama claimed his epic stimulus spending spree would keep unemployment below 8%. We’re currently above 9% unemployment, with many states well above 10%. What happened? Where did all the money go? Where are all the jobs?
In short, Obama’s union friends and special interests/banking buddies got it all. And taxpayers are left holding the invoice.

TEA PARTY EXPRESS ASKS MEDIA TO HOLD PRESIDENT OBAMA ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUTRAGEOUS STATEMENTS
A full day has passed since the Tea Party Express called on James Hoffa to apologize for this harmful rhetoric, and asked President Obama to condemn such dangerous remarks by those close to him. Having received no response, Tea Party Express is now asking for the media to hold President Barack Obama accountable for the series of malicious and false attacks against the Tea Party movement.
Whenever some crackpot in America says and does something, the liberal media and leftist political figures always ask leaders in the tea party movement to condemn and disassociate from this errant behavior or rhetoric. Their claim of seeking “civility” rings hollow when you see key supporters of Obama uttering hateful and disturbing statements that have no place in the political dialogue without rebuke.
Teamster President Jimmy Hoffa’s dangerous and irresponsible remarks as he introduced President Barack Obama in Detroit where he exhorted the crowd to “take these sons of bitches out” is only the latest example.
Tea Party Express chair Amy Kremer said, “Jimmy Hoffa’s remarks are on the heels of Vice President Biden calling us terrorists; Congresswoman Maxine Waters telling tea party activists to “go to hell,” and Congressman Andre Carson’s outrageous claim that the tea party supports lynchings.”
“The President has seems to forget that he is the President of all of the people, not the narrow left-wing that wants to continue to bankrupt America. He should tell his supporters to stick to the issues instead of hate speech.”
“Lying attacks on the tea party movement have disturbingly increased in recent days. It is high time that elected leaders like President Obama were held accountable when their key supporters engage in harmful and divisive rhetoric.
“We urge President Obama to strongly rebuke Hoffa, Waters, Carson, and his own Vice-President for their dangerous comments. Since has so far refused, we ask the media to hold him accountable.”
Is Jimmy Hoffa working for the same people who killed his father? Somebody’s pulling his strings — who are the “wise guys” doing it? Could it be the Mob? The ones who made all their money taking it from the pension plans? Millions and millions of bucks? And are they the ones who are fighting to retain their power, even if it creates a civil war?
We were talking here on the TPX bus about the outrageous remarks made yesterday by Jimmy Hoffa, son of the man by the same name who disappeared one day without a trace.
Some say they believe the older Hoffa was murdered, his body either buried in concrete or chopped into sausage patties by the very people his son “Little Jimmy the Thug” works for now.
James Riddle “Jimmy” Hoffa (born February 14, 1913 – disappeared July 30, 1975, declared legally dead July 30, 1982) was an American labor union leader and author.
Hoffa was involved with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters union as an organizer from 1932 to 1975. He served as the union’s General President from 1958 to 1971. He secured the first national agreement for teamsters’ rates in 1964, and played a major role in the growth and development of the union, which eventually became the largest single union in the United States, with over 1.5 million members during his terms as its leader.
Hoffa, who had been convicted of jury tampering, attempted bribery, and fraud in 1964 for improper use of the Teamsters’ pension fund, was imprisoned in 1967, sentenced to 13 years, after exhausting the appeal process. It was not until mid-1971 that he officially resigned the Teamsters’ presidency, an action that was part of a pardon agreement with U.S. president Richard Nixon, in order to facilitate his release later that year. Nixon blocked Hoffa from union activities until 1980; Hoffa was attempting to overturn this order and to regain support.
Hoffa disappeared at, or sometime after, 2:45 pm on July 30, 1975, from the parking lot of the Machus Red Fox Restaurant in Bloomfield Township, a suburb of Detroit. According to what he had told others, he believed he was to meet there with two Mafia leaders—Anthony Giacalone from Detroit, and Anthony Provenzano.Provenzano was also a union leader with the Teamsters in New Jersey, and had earlier been quite close to Hoffa. Provenzano was a national vice-president with IBT from 1961, Hoffa’s second term as Teamsters’ president.
Upon Hoffa’s failure to return home from the restaurant by late that evening, his wife called police to report him missing. When police arrived at the restaurant, they found Hoffa’s car, but no sign of Hoffa himself, nor any indication of what had happened to him. Extensive investigations into the disappearance began immediately, and continued over the next several years by several law enforcement groups, including the FBI. However, the investigations failed to conclusively determine Hoffa’s fate. For their part, Giacalone and Provenzano were each found not to have been in the vicinity of the restaurant that afternoon, and each of them denied that they had scheduled any meeting with Hoffa.
Hoffa was declared legally dead in 1982, on the seventh anniversary of his disappearance.
On June 16, 2006, the Detroit Free Press published in its entirety the so-called “Hoffex Memo”, a 56-page report the FBI prepared for a January 1976 briefing on the case at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Although not claiming to conclusively establish the specifics of his disappearance, the memo indicates that law enforcement’s belief is that Hoffa was murdered at the behest of organized crime figures who deemed his efforts to regain power within the Teamsters to be a threat to their control of the union’s pension fund. The FBI has called the report the definitive account of what agents believe happened to Hoffa.
I just read out loud the following story by Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit to the folks here on the Tea Party Express bus as we make our way to Pennsylvania. The tingles are gone… It was a long time coming but Democrats have finally come to the realization that Obama is a disaster, a dog. Barack Obama is a drag on the democrat party.
It might be time for Obama to bow out?
Obama destroyed the party. From 2008 to 2010 the fastest growing demographic party label was “former Democrat.” Salon reported, via Don Surber:
No one, not even the president’s defenders, expect his coming jobs speech to mean anything. When the president spoke during a recent market swoon, the market dropped another 100 points. Democrats may soon have to confront an uncomfortable truth, and ask whether Obama is a suitable choice at the top of the ticket in 2012. They may then have to ask themselves if there’s any way they can push him off the top of the ticket.
And if you want to see proof, just look at the level of dysfunction in our society.

One of our local Tea Party members had the following encounter with Rick Santorum last night:
“So here’s how it went. When I got there, Santorum was chatting with XXXXX in the back of the hall. When XXXX saw me I reached over and greeted him that actually interrupted his conversation with Santorum to do so. I then knew I could strike up a conversation with Santorum as he thought I was a VIP. LOL.
So when XXXX walked away I said, “Rick (yes I called him Rick), I have a question for you. Why isn’t anyone in DC investigating Obama? And he said, “you mean his past?” And I said, “No, I mean his SS# and other crimes”.
And he said as he shook his head looking down in what appeared to be exasperation and embarrassment; actually more like resignation, “I don’t know.”
So then I said, “what do you mean you don’t know? What’s the matter with all of you people in DC? Are you all living in the Beltway Bubble or are you all complicit?”
He was just standing there looking at me. And so then I said, “You know we could solve a big problem right now if someone would have him thrown him in jail”.
And then someone came to get Santorum and I got in one last word. I said, “The person who has the courage to speak out on this could win the Presidency.”
And off he went. So I said it. It felt good to tell one of these bozos to their face. Oh and I decided to ask him away from the audience since I felt I may get a more honest reaction. They are all brain dead I think.”
The response from another member of this tea party group came back almost immediately:
Thank you, George, if you were the one who stood up and spoke to Santorum as you did like Orly does. Thank you also for having me on your email list, as I do appreciate knowing what is going in these situations.
I just received an email that I am most concerned. It is about what may come down, so we all need to be watchful.
You may have heard about Jimmy Hoffa’s comment and his threats to the Tea Party group. A reminder and parallel to this most despicable comment, was also the action from Emanuel in the past during the Clinton election or during this past election, as Emanuel actually pulled out a knife publicly and announced in a gesture who were the enemies or traitors and put the knife in the table on each name allegedly stating, ‘die’ in gesturing how much they are wanting to win, and the consequences to those who get in their way.
I heard this yesterday spoken on the radio around 11:30 AM locally. I just do not put it past them, if this email I mentioned is true, they are planning something in October and it could mean retaliation towards many of us, right before the election to scare us or other.
I sent it to a few and if you have not received it yet, let me know if you are interested as I am not sure it is true or not, but it is possible since Hoffa’s commit (sic) and what was just mentioned on the radio.

Lloyd Marcus has been keeping a diary of our travel across this great nation. The other day we talked about how we felt as a nation immediately after the attack by 19 Saudi’s on September 11th, 2001. United.
Today our country is more divided than it has been since the Civil War. There’s a Marxist in the White House who is encouraging that division. He and his thugs — henchmen — in the AFL-CIO, UAW, SEIU unions (interesting word when used in this context, isn’t it?) have taken off the gloves and told disaffected Americans to “take out the sons of bitches”. (That be us, folks. You and me.)
Folks, that’s gangster talk. The stuff of the Mafia. These people have everything to gain by creating, nurturing and promoting deep divisions among we Americans. It is how they think they will win, and they could be right. A cleaved people are easier to overcome than one that stands united against a common foe.
Hoffa told the crowd:
“We’ve got to keep an eye on the battle that we face, the war on workers and you see it everywhere. It is the Tea Party and you know there’s only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight and you know what? They’ve got a war, they’ve got a war with us and there’s only going to be one winner. It’s going to be the workers of Michigan and America. We’re going to win that war. President Obama this is your Army. We are ready to march. Let’s take these son of a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong. Thank you very much.”
When Obama took the stage, he made sure to thank a long list of labor activists including Richard Trumka, Mark Gaffney, Mary Kay Henry and (drumroll)…..Jimmy Hoffa!
“We’re proud of them and we’re proud of the congressional delegation,” Obama said of all involved.

The modern equivalent of God raising up a remnant is the Tea Party movement; no leader, no figure head and no single governing organization. The Tea Party is simple We The People; individuals following their gifts and passions to turn our country around back to the principles and values which have made her GREAT!
The left is in panic mode to counter the Tea Party. Because their philosophy is so flawed, they can not win on it’s merit. Thus, the left must resort to lies and ginning up class envy and racial hatred. Totally despicable.
