. . . . .

Tonight on my radio program, attorney Gary Kreep of the United State Justice Foundation, will update us on the Obama eligibility hearing held yesterday before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where he and attorney Orly Taitz presented arguments in Drake v. Obama, a case questioning whether President Barack Obama was born in the United States and is eligible to serve as president. (Carried live and rebroadcast on C-Span.)
Wiley Drake, a former vice presidential candidate in 2008 and former presidential candidate Alan Keyes, are two of the lead plaintiffs challenging the validity of President Obama’s birth certificate. A lower court dismissed this case ruling that the Court is not the proper place to challenge a president’s election.
Following Gary Kreep’s report, Cmdr. Charles Kerchner (USNR ret) and attorney Mario Apuzzo will join us to discuss Obama Committed Draft Registration Fraud; Whose CT Social Security Number is Obama AKA Soetoro Using?
Also, Irrefutable Proof Obama’s New Birth Certificate Forged Using Nordyke Birth Certificates.

I want to clear up some glaring discrepancies. I listened to the Kreep interview and as always he continues to be a kreep. The case before the 9th Circuit is the Cook case not the Drake case. Kreep was not the lead counsel. This was a case brought before the federal court in Santa Ana in Judge Carters courtroom. Once the case was underway, Kreep showed up and filed a motion to be injoined to the case. Carter allowed it. The reason Taitz was demanding equal time was to the fact that she was the lead counsel not Kreep. What type of co-counsel goes on the airwaves and trashes his fellow counsel??? Once Kreep had completed his interference in the appeals presentation, there was little left for Taitz other than present secondary information. Kreep saw this case an an opportunity for him to gain fame when he was unable to do so for himself as none of his cases ever made it even to court at the lowest level.
Just for clarity. I am a co-appellant in this case and also assisted Taitz in the initial development of this case.
