On Sunday’s Meet the Depressed, David Gregory asked House Speaker John Boehner the Left’s favorite entrapment game — the “birther” question:
“As Speaker of the House, as a leader, do you not think it’s your responsibility to speak out against that kind of ignorance?”
You know, just once, I’d like to see Boehner say to these sniveling little shits:
“If there’s something wrong with this, it would come before Congress, so I suggest you ask the President of the United States about this because he’d know the absolute answer to your questions. Why you’re asking me puzzles me… you’d probably get a more definitive answer from the president.
I believe he’s American citizen, but if you really want to know the answer to those questions, why don’t you ask the president or his chief of staff.. you see them all the time.. get the answers, nail them done for your audience. We have so many other critical things to deal with — and you’re wasting your time asking me this… why don’t you ask the president?”
Boehner says in the next breath that his job is to “listen to the people”. Oh really? Just WHO is Boehner listening to? Certainly not the growing number of Americans who are wondering why Obama has spent some $2m to keep his birth certificate and all his other records (passport, academic, medical etc.) hidden from public view?
Boehner’s got his talking points, evidently, and he won’t go outside the lines, because one word out of his mouth would start that snowball rolling down the hill. And then what? Is he afraid of what might result? We know from Congressional insiders that they are scared witless over Obama’s eligibility question. The media and the political left (but I repeat myself) have them cowering in a corner. Why?
Boehner must have left the NBC studio smoking ten cigarettes… Gutless wonder.
You know, yesterday I was reading about Ayn Rand’s ATLAS SHRUGGED. And I came across this. It seems to fit with Boehner’s (and others’) refusal to shrug on the issue of Obama’s eligibility issues.
The concept “Sanction of the victim” is defined by Leonard Peikoff as “the willingness of the good to suffer at the hands of the evil, to accept the role of sacrificial victim for the ‘sin’ of creating values”.
This concept may be original in the thinking of Rand and is foundational to her moral theory: she holds that evil is a parasite on the good and can only exist if the good tolerates it. Atlas Shrugged can be seen as an answer to the question of what would happen if this sanction were revoked. When Atlas shrugs, relieving himself of the burden of carrying the world, he is revoking his sanction.
John Galt vows to stop the motor of the world by persuading the creators of the world to withhold their sanction: “Evil is impotent and has no power but that which we let it extort from us”, and, “I saw that evil was impotent…and the only weapon of its triumph was the willingness of the good to serve it”.
John Boehner has deliberately failed Constitution 101. He is still using citizen interchangeably with natural born citizen. He knows better. What he doesn’t know? How to shrug. Shame on him. Shame. Shame. Shame…

Personally I don’t see much difference in Boehner and Pelosi, they both appear to only say things to either protect their job, or Obama. I’m sure they both squat to pee, but I think Pelsoi fear of bringing up Obama’s birth certificate was because she was the one who signed the ok for him to run for President, and did not vet him. If he is exposed, she rightfully should go to Prison. This would be considered as Treason, for both her and Obama.

Dear Mr. Speaker,
Once again, I am shocked and deeply concerned. How, as Speaker of the House, could one display such incredible ignorance on a subject which has consumed this Country for so long, and then display that ignorance on Public Television?
I wrote to you less than two weeks ago and explained in detail why Mr. Obama is NOT eligible to be the President of the United States. He CAN NOT be, not now, or ever. Now, either you did not read my letter, which I will presume, to be kind. Or you, like so many others, totally disregard the input from your Citizens, and carry on as before.
I will be quite honest, Mr. Boehner, I do not trust you at all as a Conservative. You are appearing to be the all-too-familiar, “Go along to get along” “Old Boy” type who has brought us to this brink of total disaster so adroitly. Your displays of emotion are just plain out of place in your current situation. Unfortunate, but this is not the time or place for such.
Mr. Speaker, Sir, Is it not your job to speak out against Fraud and Corruption? Is it not your job to speak out about incompetence and sheer ignorance? And, did you not take an Oath to protect and uphold the Constitution? And, do you not administer that very Oath to all incoming members? Did you read and understand the Oath, Mr. Speaker? Because here, within a month, you are turning your back on the Constitution and totally ignoring the requirements YOU are sworn to uphold. Let us just examine the Oath for a moment:
The current oath was enacted in 1884:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
With regard to “Eligibility” it really is quite simple, and once the facts that matter sink in, there is no alternative conclusion.
According to the law enacted by the 1st Congress, session II, Ch. 4, whether he was born in the State of Hawaii or not, he is ineligible to run for, or be elected to, the office of President of the United States because the law stated” “…the children of citizens (both parents) of the United States, shall be considered natural born citizens; provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States: provided also, that no person heretofore proscribed by any State, shall be admitted a citizen as aforesaid, except by an act of the legislature of that State in which such a person was proscribed. (a) Approved, March 26, 1790.” What does that mean? It means the father must be a citizen to transmit citizenship to a child of his seed who was born in this country. If he is a natural born citizen, he will transmit that right to his offspring. If he is a naturalized citizen, he transmits that right. He cannot transmit a right he does not possess. Thus, if he is not a citizen of the United States, he cannot transmit citizenship rights of any type to his offspring since he has none to bequeath. Which means any illegal alien cannot transmit US citizenship rights to an illegal offspring since they lack citizenship. The parents, and their US-born offspring are legally subject to deportation.
It is certain that Barack Hussein Obama’s father was born in Kenya and was never a citizen of the United States, thus he could not transmit citizenship rights to his son—except Kenyan citizenship rights, which he did. England claims Barack Obama is a citizen of Kenya. He is also a citizen of Indonesia since his step father, Lolo Soetero, who legally changed Obama’s name to Barry Soetoro, renounced both any claim Obama had to US citizenship through his mother, or Kenyan citizenship through his father. Obama traveled on an Indonesian passport which suggests the international community viewed him not as an American but an Indonesian. As did Occidental College which, it seems, gave him a foreign exchange student scholarship.
While Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, was a naturalized citizen, under federal law she would have had to be 19-years of age when she gave birth to be able to transmit citizenship rights to a foreign-born son. She was 18-years, 8-months and 5-days old when her son was born on August 4, 1961. Because his father was not a natural citizen of the United States he could only transmit the type of citizenship he possessed. Since he was not a US citizen, he could not even transmit naturalized citizen status. And, since his mother was 3-months and 25-days shy of being able to transmit natural birth status to her first born son, any legal status is in question even if Obama was born in Hawaii—which the effort, and money being spent by Obama to conceal his birth records, together with statements by Kenyan Minister of Lands, James Orengo and Kenyan Minister Bonny Khalwale who claim Obama is native born In Kenya, suggests that the only actual, legitimate long form, birth doctor-affirmed birth certificate Obama has is Kenyan. And thus, even though US law was changed in 1986, he would at least have had a citizenship argument even though he could still not have gotten around the lack of standing of his father to qualify as a natural born citizen. The law was further diluted in 1994, 33 years after his birth. But, once again, too little, too late.
The Birth Certificate does not matter at all, it was always a red-herring. The FACT is, his father was never a Citizen of the USA, so Obama Jr. could never be a Natural Born Citizen. He was never eligible to run. He cannot be a legitimate President.
I do understand that this causes a terrible problem and a lot of work, but the facts are the facts, should be regarded as such and operated upon without further procrastination. Your “talking points” are worthless here because hundreds of thousands of people, probably well into millions by now are asking the same question.
We are no longer fooled by a Congress who says one thing and does the other. We require and demand honest truthful actions as set out in your Oath. You were not elected to protect and uphold the President. You were elected to support and uphold the Constitution. Please do so.
