MDA Says Logo Designed Three Years Ago

Sent to me this morning from a military veteran who’s looking out for us.

Dear Department of Defense Missile Defense Agency,

Why did you change your LOGO for the Missile Defense Agency to the Obama “Muslim” Islamic crescent moon ? Is this part of your new equal opportunity diversity management ? Perhaps you are preparing us all for Sharia Law and the new world order.

Maybe the United Nations wants all our nuclear weapons technology to share with China > ? Nope we already did that under Clinton.

So we are all ears waiting to hear back from you. Keep us posted. Inquiring Americans want to know.

This design was developed three years ago for use on a variety of recruiting materials at universities, job fairs and other recruiting venues. It has not replaced the official Missile Defense Agency heraldry prominently displayed on our website as well as on all Agency news releases, fact sheets and other information materials. It also has no connection to any political entity or campaign, and was developed well in advance of the 2008 election.

Dear Propoganda Minister at the Missle Defense Agency,
We all reckon, (about 300 million of us )  all over the United States,  (excluding the Muslims) who just love this Iranian style logo, we all  request that you re-design the logo to something that does not look like the Iranian Space Program and Obama’s campaign logo.   Capiche !

Too many people have died in the service of our country, (keeping people like you free) to have such an insulting design placed prominently anywhere on United States government letterhead or website.  I know for a fact President Bush would not approve of such a design.  So please  feed me another story instead of the BS line  you sent  me. This E mail is going to a government e mail account. It is now public record. Please make sure it does not “VANISH” unlike President Obama’s birth certificate.  Thanks.

OBAMA IS PUTTING PERFUME ON A PIG

The President has wrestled control of the health care debate away from Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid by finally introducing his own plan. Unfortunately, the White House’s proposal includes everything we found untenable about the old Senate bill – only this one is even more expensive!

This is what you might call putting “perfume on a pig.”

What’s in this “new” proposal? It has the unpopular (and arguably unconstitutional) individual mandate that forces people and employers to purchase health insurance – only this time with much harsher fines on employers who choose not to go along with another expensive government mandate.

It has provisions that will make employers think twice before expanding their workforce. It has cuts to Medicare Advantage, a popular program which allows seniors to pay a little more money out of pocket for better coverage. And, of course, it still has sweetheart deals – only this time they’ve been extended even more.

We don’t know what the final long-term cost of this will be because the Congressional Budget Office hasn’t had a chance to calculate costs. We do know that the White House recognizes that its proposal will cost tens of billions more over the next ten years than the already-expensive $2.5 trillion

The President promised last July that he won’t sign a health care bill if it “adds even one dime to our deficit over the next decade.” But he’s now proposing a health care bill that could lead to endless deficits.

The rising cost of care has driven the entire health care reform debate. So how does the President’s proposal address this central issue? Price controls.

That’s right: Washington, D.C. wants to give a panel of bureaucrats the power to cap insurance premiums and prices.

As Michael Cannon of the Cato Institute notes, “artificially limiting premium growth allows the government to curtail spending while leaving the dirty work of withholding medical care to private insurers.”

This leads to rationing. Any economist worth his salt – including the White House’s own Larry Summers – will tell you that price controls lead to all sorts of negative unintended consequences. It’s another step towards government controlled health care and away from the real solution: free market, patient-centered reform.

With a government-growing proposal this bad, it’s no wonder the President wants bipartisan cover for it in an election year. Today’s (2/25) health care summit is already being revealed as little more than a photo-op. The Obama administration still denies the existence of the House Republicans’ health care plan that offers alternative solutions to health care challenges – even though the White House website links right to it.

The President’s proposal doesn’t include pro-free market ideas like allowing people to buy insurance across state lines, giving individual buyers the same tax benefits as those who get insurance through their employers, or instituting real medical liability reform.

Despite the “kumbaya” rhetoric, Democrats are making plans to ram this bill through the Senate using a partisan procedural maneuver that will bypass the normal bipartisan debate process.

In the meantime, the White House will continue to ignore Republican reform ideas and cast the GOP as the Party of No. That’s a hard sell considering that Democrats still hold large majorities in the House and Senate. The only real “gridlock” preventing Democrats from doing what they want is the very real threat of America’s voice being heard at the ballot box.

The public is clearly opposed to the Democrats’ health care bills. Americans want to scrap these big-government plans and start over with common-sense, incremental reform. Some on the left have urged Democrats to vote for Obamacare because it’s a foot in the door for universal health care. They understand what’s at stake; so should the rest of us.

The President can perfume this proposal however he wants, but it still doesn’t pass the smell test. Washington should listen to Americans now, or Washington will hear us in November.

The Roving Patrol wonders why the MahaRushdie keeps flirting with the birth certificate issue.  Doesn’t Rush know that’s verboten in certain “conservative” circles? Hmmm?

The mainstream media failed to report on Obama’s college days, his birth certificate, his drug use, his associations with Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis, his connections to ACORN, his participation with the Annenberg project, how he used the courts to win earlier elections, his direction towards communism, racial beliefs, and all the dirty little secrets hidden so Obama could assume office.

Now that he is president, the mainstream media still fails to dig deeply into the healthcare plan, the stimulus plan, and all the other controversial bills leading towards socialism.

“I still haven’t heard the mainstream media discuss Obama’s desire to track Americans with their cell phones and increase wire tapping capabilities of the federal government; yet they screamed with George W. Bush was listening in on terrorists.”

He quotes the sound bite we played from just before the election, Charlie Rose and Tom Brokaw with a whole discussion on what they didn’t know about Obama.

(Brokaw impression) “I don’t know, really, what books he’s read. I don’t know who he listens to. I really have no idea what books he read. I haven’t seen the list of people that he considers very important.  We really don’t know, Charlie. That’s a terrible thing. We don’t know.”

But in less than a day we know everything we need to know about this killer whale.  We know where it was born. We know who its parents were. We know which tanks it lived in, how many people have died around this killer whale and all the other details the media managed to dig up about the killer whale.  But we don’t know anything about Obama.

We know everything about this whale — and this whale is a serial killer whale.  Three humans so far, and in every instance they think the whales are just playing and they don’t know their own strength. They’re just tossing victims around in there and they’re drowning them. That’s one of the things I read today.

Congrats to Bungalow Bill.  And kudos to el Rushbo for pointing out something we’ve all been hollerin’ about for over a year.  Just who the hell is Obama and where did he come from?

Rep. Paul Ryan Takes the Olympic Gold. Obama comes home empty-handed. Again.

Rep. Paul Ryan, Republican of Wisconsin, took home the Gold today (allow me to use the Winter Olympics terminology) with his well researched and articulate statement at the “health care summit” of why this turd of a bill should be scrapped.  His argument was so logical it will be hard for the Marxists to explain away this one under their guise of “it’s for the people”.  We all know why Obama and his fiends are pushing so hard for this bill.  It shackles us under his wanna-be totalitarian rule.

With guys like Paul Ryan to point out that the emperor is walking about tripping on his Trotsky,  well, it looks like Obama’s exposed.  And he knows it.  So does the rest of America, except of course, those who are still licking his… boots.
